Hourly Pay Range $57.76 - $80.86 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Team Member Health Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (average of 40 hours per week) Hours: Monday – Friday between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Rotating on‑call coverage for work‑related exposures and ILI symptom screenings during non‑business hours Required Travel: Glenbrook and Swedish Hospitals Outpatient Role Job Description Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health with the Department of Team Member Health! Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), this role provides system‑wide clinical leadership and direct patient care to support the health, safety, and productivity of the Endeavor Health workforce. The provider evaluates, diagnoses, and treats complex occupational health injuries and illnesses across the Endpeader Health system. Responsibilities include managing high‑risk and complex cases such as needlestick injuries, communicable disease exposures, and fitness concerns; performing and interpreting physical assessments, diagnostics, and screenings; providing diagnosis, treatment, and referrals in accordance with APP scope of practice; conducting fitness‑for‑duty evaluations, return‑to‑work clearances, and post‑offer/pre‑placement evaluations as needed; determining and managing temporary and permanent work restrictions; leading medical surveillance programs such as respirator clearance, TB, and vaccine compliance; and functioning independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to drive standardization, reduce lost time, and support health, safety, and well‑being of Endeavor Health team members. The provider also positively contributes to safety outcomes, promotes high‑quality patient experience, participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of service line goals, and supports the strategic plan of the organization while adhering to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures. Qualifications License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required. Education: Completion of master’s‑level program in a specialty area. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Prior APN/PA experience highly preferred. Special Knowledge And Skills Required Certified in Urine Drug Screening, Breath Alcohol Testing, and Hair Drug Screening procedures (at time of hire or within 3 months of hire). Preferred Qualifications 3‑5 Years of clinical nursing experience; occupational/employee health experience, primary care, emergency/urgent care strongly preferred.
