We're currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a specialized charter school in Tucson. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting students' physical development and independence through engaging, school-based therapy.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide therapy services across models, including classroom-based integration.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective interventions.
• Participate in IEP and student support meetings as a valued team contributor.
• Maintain accurate documentation for IEP compliance and Medicaid billing.
• Track student progress through data-driven monitoring and regular reporting.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive school culture.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy License
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Experience with classroom-integrated therapy models
• Training or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• A positive, student-centered, and solutions-focused attitude
