Bring your passion for helping students communicate and grow as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with Pre-K through 12th grade in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time contract opportunity (35 hours per week) is set to start officially on August 31, 2026, with the added benefit of optional attendance at orientation and safety trainings the week prior (August 24-28). Your caseload will include 38-42 students, allowing for meaningful connections and progress with each child.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and case management
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and IEP teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students across Pre-K through 12th grade
• Document student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
