Public Health Labor Relations Strategist

The State of Ohio's Ohio Department of Health is seeking a Labor Relations Officer 3 to coordinate and monitor all aspects of labor relations. You will advise management on contract interpretation and help plan the agency's labor relations strategy. Responsibilities include investigating discipline requests, preparing reports, delivering trainings on labor relations topics, and assisting as the agency's EEO officer under supervision.
