Family Centered Treatment Therapist

Health Connect America seeks a licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in‑home, in‑office, and community‑based therapy to children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will complete clinical assessments, develop and implement family-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions that promote safety, stability, and lasting change. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, schools, and community partners, maintain accurate documentation, and manage a flexible caseload.
