Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Feeding and Speech Program Development

CLIMB Intensive Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong interest in pediatric feeding and swallowing as well as speech to join our multidisciplinary team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children who have complex medical, developmental, neurological, and feeding challenges while collaborating alongside experienced physical and occupational therapists in an intensive therapy environment. What You’ll Do • Evaluate and treat pediatric feeding, swallowing, oral motor, and communication disorders • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice • Work closely with families to support safe and successful feeding experiences at home • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists • Participate in intensive therapy programs and interdisciplinary treatment planning • Provide caregiver education and training • Complete documentation in a timely manner Preferred Experience • Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience • Knowledge of oral motor development and sensory-based feeding interventions • Experience working with children with neurological, genetic, developmental, and medically complex diagnoses • Familiarity with AAC is a plus Qualifications • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility) • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates will be considered • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Passion for helping children and families reach meaningful goals A Unique Opportunity CLIMB is excited to expand our services by developing a dedicated pediatric feeding program.
