Job Title: RN Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 - 19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: NRP, BLS/ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: - Must have 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience - High-risk experience - Immediate newborn care Description: Mission Client is a leading healthcare facility committed to providing high-quality care. The institution is recognized for its excellence in clinical quality year over year. It maintains a strong emphasis on patient safety and nursing excellence. The Labor and Delivery unit features 16 beds and a dedicated staff of 120. Patient ratios are 1:1 to 1:2, ensuring personalized care. The unit is equipped with advanced technology, including electronic fetal monitoring. Typical procedures performed include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, and cerclage. A best-fit candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and adaptable. Weekends and on-call shifts may be available upon approval.
