Monitor sanitation procedures for daily, weekly and monthly schedulesMonitor all hot and cold temperature logs dailyEnsure all food and other items are stored properlyCheck quality of ingredientsRequirements:High School Diploma or GED - SERV Safe PreferredKnowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)Knowledge of cooking temperatures for various types of food (meats, vegetables, desserts, etc.)Excellent customer service skillsOne year cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare or hospitality settingReady to be a part of the team?Apply today!Equal Opportunity Employer
