Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling to individuals and families across our community-based programs. In this mission-driven, faith-based role, you will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support clients facing behavioral health, housing, and family challenges while upholding client dignity, cultural humility, and social justice. LSS offers a collaborative culture, clinical consultation, and opportunities for professional growth.
