Role Description The ABA Therapist role at Little Steps By Liam ABA LLC is a part-time, on-site position based in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, the therapist works directly with children to implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or clinical supervisor. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one sessions, following behavior intervention plans, collecting accurate data on client progress, and participating in team meetings to discuss goals and strategies. The ABA Therapist will also communicate regularly with caregivers, assist with skill-building in areas such as communication and daily living, and maintain a safe, supportive environment during sessions. 24-28 an hour. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis for implementing treatment plans and behavior interventions. Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and demonstrate the ability to build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and team members. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Psychology to support evidence-based practice and child development. Candidates should possess experience Working With Children in educational, clinical, or community settings. Additional qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Additional qualifications: ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards. Additional qualifications: willingness to receive training, openness to feedback, and capacity to work in an active, child-centered environment.
