Physical Therapist (Inpt) (level I)

Work Schedule 100% FTE, varies 6am – 6pm, Monday–Friday. One weekend day every 4 weeks. 1 rotating holiday per year. Required Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required Licenses & Certifications Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required CPR certification.
