What You'll Do

• Provide patient care activities in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
• Assist in managing ventilators, airway management, and oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and interventions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
• Prior experience in adult, pediatric, or neonatal critical care settings
• Strong understanding of respiratory therapy equipment and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience training other staff members
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
