What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Document patient information accurately using the EPIC system
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana (or willing to obtain)
• At least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, CPI (CPI available on-site)
• Ability to work weekends and holiday rotations

• Experience using EPIC EMR system
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
