Our office isquickly growingand we are in need of an exceptional insurance industry C ustomer Service Representative ! The position offered isfor either full or part time. Our customer service representative needs toexceed customer service standardsto current clients while alsoassisting prospects as they call in.If you enjoy helping others and are a compassionate, customer-focused individual, then apply to our Linden insurance agency today!
Experienced, Licensed Customer Service Reps can expect to earn $34,000-36,000 in salary PLUS commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Verify contact information and update where necessary.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Property Casualty license is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
