Job Summary:
Medical Surgical (MS) Telemetry nurses in Burlington, Massachusetts, are responsible for managing boarder patients in the emergency department, typically averaging 40 patients a day while waiting for inpatient beds. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of their assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Massachusetts

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: MA license, Level 1 trauma certification, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Additional Information: Position involves boarding patients in the emergency department with an average of 40 patients daily. Must have experience with border patients in the emergency department and be separated from the organization for 6 or more months, in good standing. All time off must be listed at the time of submission; minimal time off will be considered. No local candidates (within 50 miles) will be considered. Orientation is weekly, and staff may wear any color scrubs.
