Part-time position requires weekday availability (and eventually weekend availability if needed). Ability to grow into a full-time position with the company. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience incustomer service, community events, sales, andwork experience in the health & fitness industry. Responsibilities The Assistant Club Manager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with team members and gym members Conducting tours and welcoming customers Engaging in community events and activities Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym Managing membership and training sales Providing exceptional customer service Handling opening and closing dutiesManaging communications via phone, email, text, and app Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others Qualifications Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry, prior experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor Genuine and honest personality Flexible availabilityTechnologically savvy Self-motivated and proactive Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license Other Hourly + Performance Bonuses Paid Time Off 401k with employer contributions Part-time hours (with the ability to become full-time if a certified fitness trainer and/or able to work at multiple locations) Must have weekday and weekend availability Additional hours based on need/availability Career advancement opportunities Perks: gym and training membership Additional opportunities are available for candidates with a personal or group training certification and background Join Us and Make an Impact Join our team at Anytime Fitness and be part of a community dedicated to improving lives through health and fitness.
