Facilities Manager

Finney's Crafthouse is a family-owned American tavern known for scratch-made food, local craft beer, and exceptional hospitality. Since opening in 2016, we've grown to 16 locations across Southern California and continue to expand. We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee running and preventive maintenance across our restaurants. This role requires the ability to develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, manage vendors and contractors, respond to critical facility issues, and ensure each location remains safe, operational, efficient, and aligned with company and brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, hands-on when needed, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
