Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery (L&D) to provide patient care within the Labor and Delivery Department. This role involves working during night shifts with a focus on postnatal care, nursery responsibilities, and maintaining safety standards. The position is suitable for qualified candidates ready to start promptly and committed to delivering quality maternal and neonatal care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), 2 years of experience, permanent home addresses required, SSN to be listed on the tax tab of the candidate page
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery settings
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position involves work in a 14-bed Labor and Delivery unit with varied patient ratios, including labor, nursery, postpartum, and mother-baby couplets. Scrubs can be any solid color; scrubs are provided when necessary. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in use is Centricity. The candidate must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
