Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Ensure compliance with health regulations and industry standards for safety and quality. Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new services and improvement. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the wellness or healthcare industry. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff. Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. Knowledge of anti‑aging treatments and wellness practices is a plus.
