PANASH is a nightlife destination built on atmosphere, style, and service. Behind the bar, there is no room for average. Every pour, every presentation, and every guest interaction should feel intentional.

We are looking for bartenders who know their craft, move with confidence, and understand the pace of a serious nightlife operation. You should be able to handle a packed bar without losing control of your station or the quality of the guest experience.

At PANASH, bartending is more than making drinks. It is knowing the room, reading the guest, protecting the brand, and delivering service people remember.

What You’ll Own

• Execute every drink with consistency, speed, and clean presentation.
• Know the PANASH menu and speak confidently about cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, premium pours, and bottle service.
• Keep your station sharp, stocked, clean, and service-ready from open to close.
• Process POS orders, cash, and card transactions accurately.
• Follow PANASH recipes, pour standards, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Perform under pressure during peak nights, weekends, private events, and special events.
• Work seamlessly with servers, hosts, management, security, and the bar team.
• Verify IDs and follow all applicable New Jersey alcohol-service requirements.
• Recognize intoxication and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Control product, minimize waste, and report discrepancies, spills, breakage, or operational issues immediately.
• Maintain bar sanitation and food-safety standards throughout every shift.
• Know when to sell, when to suggest, and when to simply take care of the guest.

The Person We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bartending experience is required. High-volume bar, nightclub, lounge, VIP, or bottle-service experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and professional bar service.
• Confident, polished, and comfortable interacting with a diverse nightlife crowd.
• Fast, accurate, and composed when the bar is at full capacity.
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and card transactions.
• Strong attention to detail, product control, and basic math skills.
• Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and available for nights, weekends, and special events.
• Bartending or alcohol-service certification is an advantage.
• VIP, bottle-service, or nightclub experience is an advantage.
• A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
