Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire and complete the program within 3 years
• Minimum of 3 years of post-education clinical experience in med-surg, step-down, or ICU settings
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, adaptable patient care across medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU units
• Perform comprehensive assessments, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Respond to rapid changes in patient condition with confidence and clinical precision

• Document all care accurately and in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines
