Sales And Marketing Specialist

This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Cleveland, OH. The Specialist will engage with prospects and customers, conduct product presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting marketing campaigns through outreach, follow-up, and performance tracking. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies, preparing sales reports, and using CRM tools to document activities and results. Additionally, the Specialist will assist with training sessions for clients or team members on products, services, and best practices to support ongoing growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Candidates should possess experience in Training, with the ability to present information clearly and support client or team development. Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking. Relevant qualifications include familiarity with CRM software, basic marketing principles, and data-driven decision-making. Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in a sales or marketing role.
