Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in a high-acuity, fast-paced CVOR environment supporting approximately 20 cases per day across 12 suites
• Assist with a broad range of cardiovascular and thoracic procedures including CABG, MVR, AVR, kidney transplant, robotics, peripheral vascular, thoracic, aortic repair, vascular access, hybrid procedures (TEVAR/EVAR, TAVR), Impella, IABP, and ECMO
• Collaborate effectively with a large surgical team of approximately 25 surgeons, applying general CVOR knowledge across varying surgeon preferences and techniques
• Fulfill weeknight, weekend, holiday, and mandatory on-call requirements with a 30-minute call response time
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of CVOR circulating experience
• Ability to work in a complex, high-acuity cardiovascular and thoracic surgical environment
• Availability for weeknight, weekend, holiday, and on-call assignments with a 30-minute response time

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in a CVOR setting (scrubbing not required for RNs but is preferred)
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience working across multiple surgeons and adapting to varied surgical preferences
