Sr. Manager, Revenue FP&A

Senior Manager leading revenue reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support commercial strategy and top-line performance at a diabetes technology company. Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive informed financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting and analysis processes
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reporting packages
- Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Serve as strategic finance partner to commercial, sales, marketing, and market access teams
- Evaluate pricing strategies and revenue optimization opportunities with leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in financial planning and analysis with increasing responsibilities
- 3+ years of financial management experience
- Experience supporting commercial organizations and revenue forecasting
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and financial modeling
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
Compensation: $145,000-$175,000 base annually
