Growing together.Upon the order of a qualified physician, the Mammography Technologist will utilize equipment which produces ionizing radiation to obtain images for diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the KSC Radiology Department and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. The Mammography Technologist will perform Mammography and DEXA studies. The Mammography Technologist will utilize the designated Radiology Information System (RIS) and designated PACS system. Working knowledge of mammography quality assurance measures and accreditation requirementsProven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:For Per Diem Mammography Technologist II: 40 hours mammography training approved by the ARRT to meet the minimum initial FDA & TMB requirements for mammographersARRT (R)(M) MRT-General Certificate2+ years of experience in mammography or 1+ years of KSC experience in. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
