Caregiver Position

Almost Family Cottage Grove is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

$19$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.

Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.

Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
