As a Laundry Aide, you'll fold, sort and deliver laundry across the system. Your contribution to maintaining high-quality laundering will directly impact the well-being of every patient and resident who uses our facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a full-time position working 80 hours per pay period (1.0FTE). Shift start times range from 6:00am to 8:00am, with 8-hour shifts. Some weekends and holidays are required. Qualifications:

Mission for Position
As a Laundry Aide, you'll fold, sort and deliver laundry across the system. Your contribution to maintaining high-quality laundering will directly impact the well-being of every patient and resident who uses our facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Folds, sorts and delivers all linens according to established procedures.
- Records weights with 95% accuracy.
- Operates controls for wash machines, dryers, stamp machine, sewing machine, and iron with 95% accuracy.
- Transporting linens to various LHS locations.
- Cleans all laundry equipment properly and thoroughly.
- Interacts appropriately with coworkers, residents, patients, and visitors.

- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Reliable, detail-oriented, well organized
- Good communicator
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move moderate weight up to 35 lbs. daily
