Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room Answer inquiries via phone calls and email Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information Verify payment methods and process payments Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory Verifying insurance benefits if needed Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
