QHAC is small, but progressive general practice of 1.5 doctors, which allows us to provide a family-friendly atmosphere for both clients and team members. Please see our website, to learn what we have to offer. Technicians are given the following responsibilities which include but not limited to:
- Assisting clinicians with physical exams
- Preparing rooms for clinicians
- Venipuncture and placement of catheters
- Radiology, both general and dental
- Assisting with anesthesia, both general and dental
- Assisting with surgeries, both general and dental
- Running Procyte diagnostics and variety of cytology including fecals
- Client education
Our current position involves a 4 weekdays and rotating 1/2 day Saturdays. We offer a competitive salary of $22.00-$27.00 depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement plan with 3% match, CE and scrub allowance, paid vacation and holidays, as well as pet discounts.
