Sales ManagerThe salary range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.Aaron's Sales Managers are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. Among other essential duties, you will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewal payments and physically handle merchandise to ensure our showroom floors are well maintained, priced and merchandised within our standards.The hourly rate and eligibility for performance-based incentive pay are just part of our total compensation package for team members. Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.Must be at least 19 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada. Requires a valid driver's license and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record. Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only). Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.Retail/customer service management experience. High School diploma, GED or equivalent. High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store. Proper telephone etiquette. Maintain a professional appearance.
