About Our Agency My name is Ben Davis I started this State Farm Agency in January 2020, and we've grown into one of the most successful agencies in the country. Because of that success, we were given the opportunity to take over a second location (Castle Rock). I started in this position too. If you take the right approach, this can be the beginning of a career where you're in control of your futureincluding your income.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 $95,000 (based on performance/structure)
