Summary:

The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Greet all guests entering the Service Department;

Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot;

Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles;

Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;

Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;

Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested;

Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;

Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Ability to drive manual transmission;

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;

Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;

Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;

Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor;

Have excellent Customer Service skills;

Valid driver's license and clean driving record, clean background, and must pass drug test;

Must have flexible schedule.
