Begin your journey as an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse, working onsite with elementary-aged students in an urban school environment. This role starts as soon as possible and extends through June 10, 2027.

Role Requirements:

• Current, active Pennsylvania LPN/LVN license
• School-based nursing experience, preferably with elementary students
• Ability to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable attendance and personal transportation
• Prior experience working with children in school settings
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing assignments
• Comfortable working onsite in an urban district
• Demonstrated professionalism with an understanding of case management within school environments
• Preparedness to review anticipated costs prior to assignment
• Must be able to participate in a Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and health interventions to elementary students
• Support daily health needs, including medication administration, treatments, and first-aid
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create a safe and supportive environment
• Keep up-to-date documentation, maintain confidentiality, and follow school and state guidelines
• Respond effectively to emergencies and health-related incidents on campus
• Participate in ongoing training and ensure compliance with all district requirements
