Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on support with promotional projects, customer outreach, event activities, and marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in developing practical marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns
- Support marketing activities at community events and promotional locations
- Help prepare and organize marketing materials
- Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services
- Assist with campaign preparation, scheduling, and coordination
- Gather customer feedback and report relevant observations to the team
- Help maintain organized marketing records and materials
- Support event setup and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete marketing projects
- Represent the company professionally during customer-facing activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative and proactive approach to assignments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong teamwork skills
- Previous marketing, retail, customer service, or event experience is a plus
