What You'll Do: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care) Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents What You'll Bring: CNA preferred 1+ year of caregiving experience Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset What We Offer: You bring the talent -- we'll bring the perks.
