Job Description

• Assist in planning and managing building and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support procurement and resource allocation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to relevant parties.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Project Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of construction project management principles within the property industry.
• 2+ years of experience in Civil Construction. Including but not limited to sitework, heavy highway, bridges, and concrete.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
