Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ Years License: Active RN License in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Critical thinking skills - BLS and ACLS certifications Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. The position requires critical care experience and strong clinical skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The ICU has a patient ratio of 2-3:1. Current equipment includes ventilators, bipap machines, intravenous drips, and glucometers. The patient population includes adults and geriatric patients with various diagnoses. Common conditions treated include diabetic ketoacidosis, cerebrovascular accidents, chest pain, post-surgical care, electrolyte imbalances, overdoses, and psychiatric issues. You will be working alongside a team that values collaboration and a family-like atmosphere. The dress code requires professional scrubs, with casual attire being unacceptable. All clinical staff must meet the state's certification and licensure requirements prior to starting the position.
