Job Description

Client looking for someone who has had medical/surgical/clinical experience, chart review and/or operating room experience and should have an active license.

Identify complaint information from clinical databases.

Collect relevant Adverse Event information from clinical databases.

Work with clinical sites to collect additional information relevant to complaint reporting and investigation.

Perform medical record review to assist with FDA Medical Device Reporting and complaint investigation.

Respond to questions that complaint handling personnel may have and provide medical insight and expertise in relation to product complaints.

Provide suggestions for process improvements for the above responsibilities.

This position will require a Bachelors in Nursing. Prior clinical experience would be preferred.
