Role Summary: This Senior Analyst supports the planning and analysis processes surrounding the company’s revenue, expenses, and premiums, providing expertise in Oracle Planning and the Microsoft BI platform. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and forecasts for the company’s fee‑based income, reserve required interest, cashflows, and other revenue‑generating business models. Assist with the annual expense plan and budget submission for Mutual of America, Capital Management LLC, and other subsidiaries; review quarterly/monthly expenses and revenue, investigate and document variances. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Oracle Planning and help improve Oracle Planning reports for Corporate Finance and across the company. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of business intelligence solutions used by the company. Build confidence in dealing with the business, taking on more complex analyses, and building relationships to help achieve Mutual of America’s strategy. Conduct analysis, research, and projects requested by Corporate Finance management. Respond to ad‑hoc requests to address new business processes, policies, and procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) Working knowledge of business intelligence tools including Oracle Planning and Microsoft BI Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Prior experience in an FP&A role Benefits Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision) starting day one 401(k) match: up to 6% of pay with 100% employer match on employee contributions Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid Paid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays Base Salary Range: $90,640 - $135,960. Salary may exceed this range with bonus and performance incentives.
