Foundry Production Supervisor

Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead foundry operations in our Shawano, WI facility. In this role you will supervise a production team in a high-volume gray and ductile iron casting environment, ensuring safe work practices, reliable throughput, and consistent quality. You will coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and address process issues in partnership with maintenance and quality.
