SHIFTS (PT): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM SHIFTS (PRN): Any 8 HOUR SHIFT! (One Weekend Per Month Is Required) $4000 Sign on Bonus for New Full-Time hires! Hourly Range: $32.00 $42.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE (FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour Shift Differentials ($1.00 For 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am) Daily Pay Available and More!

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• Long term care experience is required
• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Long term care experience
