With a team of over 100 highly skilled professionals we uphold the highest standards and deliver superior results while balancing many major projects simultaneously.Perform a variety of skilled duties associated with the operation of multiple types of heavy equipment for underground utility and highway construction.QualificationsOperate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept cleaned and stored in a safe manner.Check filters and grease equipment.Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow, and indicate low spots for workers to add material.Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent and coworkers.Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required.SkillsSafely and efficiently operate the following equipment.ExcavatorsBackhoesMotor GradersTrack & Wheel LoadersDozersSkid Steer LoadersGeneral Labor as neededMinimum of 2 years' experience with multiple types of equipment.2-5 years construction experience preferred.
