Employees have options to explore professional development and seek college credits or comparable training certifications using our robust tuition assistance benefit. The Role: The Individual and Corporate Giving Manager will engage in individual and corporate fundraising efforts to increase contributions to ensure that JPNDC can continue to offer free economic mobility and small business services, as well as undertake community organizing efforts to empower our communities and drive systemic change. This role will work in close partnership with the Grants and Fund Development Manager, supervised by the Associate Vice President of Resource Development and Impact.The Individual and Corporate Giving Manager will build, manage, and execute fundraising campaigns focused around the use of JPNDC's Community Investment Tax Credits (CITC) to incentivize giving at the $1,000+ level. They will steward existing individual and corporate donors, cultivate new ones, and develop strategies to escalate giving as relationships grow. They will also spearhead corporate sponsorship solicitation efforts, for events and for general operating support. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and track broad-based Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) campaigns, appealing to both corporate and individual prospectsDevelop and execute annual individual (end of year) and corporate fundraising appeals (summer), with a combined annual revenue goal of $500,000Lead donor acknowledgement and stewardship efforts, ensuring timely and meaningful communication with donorsComplete CITC redemption forms and communicate with donors to ensure their completionEngage in prospect research to expand donor pool of individuals and corporationsManage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, developing individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to deepen relationships and increase giving over timeConduct direct donor solicitation through one-on-one meetings, phone calls, written appeals, events, and other appropriate engagement strategiesTrack fundraising activity, donor engagement, solicitation activity, and progress toward annual revenue goals, using data to inform fundraising strategies and prioritiesSupport the Grants and Fund Development Manager with grant applications and reporting as neededEngage in community outreach and engagement to expand pool of individual donorsIn partnership with Grants and Fund Development Manager, plan and execute a yearly Donor Appreciation Event (fall)In partnership with Grants and Fund Development Manager and Associate VP of Resource and Development, plan and execute a 50th Anniversary fundraising campaign and celebration in 2027Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records; work with Data Team to integrate donor information into SalesforceSupport organizational partnership collaboration and events such as Legislative Breakfasts, MACDC Lobby Day, Annual Meetings, and moreOther duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of three (3) years of experience in individual giving-focused fundraising, including direct solicitation experienceDemonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardshipExperience with annual, major, and planned givingDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed fundraising goals and manage a fundraising pipelineCRM platform experience required; Salesforce-specific experience is a plusExperience with Community Investment Tax Credits is a plus SkillsSuperb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop authentic relationships with diverse populations, donors, corporate partners, community members, and other stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyAbility to manage confidential personal and financial information with discretionClose attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsCultural humility and commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racismInterest in JPNDC's mission and commitment to economic mobility, community power, and racial and economic justice This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 and a full benefits package.This position is full-time and is contingent upon the availability of organizational funding. JPNDC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
