In Home Care ProviderVisiting Angels of Central Oregon is looking for compassionate In Home Care Providers to help our senior clients with day-to-day activities. You can create your own schedule and work with clients one on one as an in home care provider within the client's home. We are looking for over night in home caregivers as well!As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care services—from companionship and daily support to end-of-life care—tailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect.Key Responsibilities:Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in meaningful activitiesAssist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationSupport clients with mobility and safe transfersAccompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outingsMonitor and report changes in physical or emotional condition to proper chart notesDeliver compassionate care during hospice or end-of-life situationsMaintain accurate documentation of care providedQualifications:Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and mobility supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping othersHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation, along with valid car insuranceBe able to pass a state required background check and drug screeningMust be 18 years or olderCare is provided in clients’ private residences.
