Job Title Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician – Locum Tenens Location Mesa, Arizona (15 miles east of Phoenix) Schedule Regular shifts Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Start date ASAP. Current open shifts: December 22–24, 26 and January 2. Sporadic coverage as needed in 2026. Compensation $376.36 – $407.40 per hour. Responsibilities Provide cardiac anesthesiology care for a mix of cardiac cases, including vascular, thoracic, and general cardiac surgery. Handle primarily cardiovascular operating room and catheterization laboratory cases. Avoid high‑acuity cases such as heart transplants, LVADs, and ECMO. Qualifications Active medical license in Arizona. Board certification in anesthesiology. Fellowship training in cardiac anesthesia. TEE certification required. Credentialing within 30–45 days.
