Systems Integrator

Description

?SAIC has an immediate opening for a Front Office Systems Integrator supporting an exciting program based in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking and responding to corporate actions by monitoring actions via a corporate action tracking tool

• Analyzing the potential impact of corporate actions on the organization and make recommendations to management

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement response plans

• Supporting office-level communication by compiling a weekly report, developing and publishing monthly newsletter, assisting with strategic communication initiatives, and developing and producing ad-hoc office communication

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams

• Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals

• Providing general administrative support, including special projects and tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree

• Experience working in the front office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at the executive level

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other software applications relevant to the role

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
