About US Alter Metal Recycling is a 128-year-old Midwest, family owned business that is an industry leader in scrap metal recycling, operating over 70 facilities throughout the Midwest, Great Plains / High Plains, Arkansas and Mississippi. Our corporate support center and marketing operations are based in St. Louis, MO, with trading offices in St. Louis and Hong Kong. Position Overview Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training. Advancement to other positions is possible when availability allows.
Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the Zurik product
- Recover Cu/Brass, circuit boards, and ICW
- Remove any other contaminants
- Keeps picking areas clean and orderly
- Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production
- Assists with maintenance activities as needed
