A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a modern, technology-driven private dental practice in Las Vegas that is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join their growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building lasting patient relationships in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The practice offers comprehensive dentistry utilizing advanced technology while emphasizing exceptional patient experiences and continued professional growth.

Compensation

$60.00-$65.00 per hour (DOE)
Performance Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments.
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.
Utilize modern dental technology to enhance patient care.
Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist License.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience with Open Dental is preferred but not required.
Comfortable using digital radiography and modern dental technology.
