Facilities Technician

Facilities TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician with a minimum of three years of experience in restaurant facilities management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on repairs and maintenance throughout the building and equipment. Prior experience in restaurant equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration repair is preferred.Essential Functions:Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs.Complete minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and workspace setup.Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, and building systems.Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust fans, unit heaters, and split systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as directed.Maintain facility grounds, including seasonal upkeep and minor landscaping duties.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of supplies and equipment.Assist with emergency response and facility-related incidents as needed.Support special projects and other duties as assigned.Requirements:Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in facility management or related field preferredMinimum of three years of experience in facility management, operations or project management requiredEssential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
