Job Description:

The ICU Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a medical surgical cardiac intensive care setting, working with a diverse patient population experiencing conditions such as sepsis, STEMI, COVID, stroke, and more. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU.
Titrate drips including sedation, paralytics, and pressors.
Participate in bedside shift reports and intentional hourly rounding.
Read and interpret telemetry strips.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:

Current RN license.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.
Navy blue scrubs are required.
